Great Books. Socratic seminars. Virtue formation. Two dedicated coaches per family. Twenty-five years of Milwaukee mission — now in every Wisconsin home.
VCA Virtual is not a digital platform. It is a Christ-centered movement — twenty-five years of Milwaukee Christian education extending, at last, to every Wisconsin family that wants it.
In a culture that undermines parental authority and blurs moral truth, we stand as a bold alternative: anchored in Scripture, delivered with excellence, and driven by the partnership between school and family. Whether your child learns in a classroom or in your living room, they deserve an education that reflects eternal truth — not passing trends.
Every subject, every schedule, every coach call is built to support the sacred task God has given parents: to raise the next generation in truth, wisdom, and virtue.
Our heart is classical Christian education — and we honor that not every family needs the same road. Four pathways, one Christ-centered leadership, every student coached.

A dedicated spiritual mentor and cultural connection point for every VCA Virtual family. The Faith Coach supports students in their spiritual formation, coordinates chapel and devotions, and serves as a relational bridge between school, family, and home church.
Distinct from any academic role, the Faith Coach is present for the questions, conversations, and convictions that classroom learning alone doesn’t reach.
Highest instructional authority within VCA Virtual under the Principal. Conducts academic evaluations, designs individualized learning strategies, ensures pedagogical coherence.
Operational command center and family-facing backbone. Primary point of contact for Virtual families. Manages attendance, records, onboarding, and DPI compliance.
The dedicated spiritual mentor for every VCA Virtual family. Coordinates chapel and devotions, walks alongside Scholars in their formation, and connects school, family, and home church.
Academic monitoring, data integrity, and the early-warning system. Tracks grades, pacing, course completion. Identifies at-risk students before issues escalate.
Vision, strategy, and systems architect for VCA Virtual. Aligns the program model to the VCA mission and bridges administration, board, vendors, and families.
In any given week a family may hear from the Dean of Instruction, the Academic Coach, the Faith Coach, or the Virtual Administrator — depending on what the student needs. Every family is genuinely known by multiple adults at VCA Virtual.
For two thousand years, the church has formed her children by handing them the Great Books, the Socratic seminar, and the liberal arts. At VCA Virtual we do not invent — we recover.

Our students read Homer, Plato, Augustine, Dante, Shakespeare, Austen, Lewis, Chesterton — not textbooks about them. The classical tradition is a conversation among authors. Every child gets a seat.

Our teachers ask questions. Students think out loud. Truth is discovered, not dictated. Live online seminars — small cohorts, four mornings a week — train students to listen before speaking.

Christian formation at VCA happens through chapel, devotions, a dedicated Faith Coach, and a community of educators rooted in Scripture — supporting every family no matter which academic pathway they walk.

What I learned at VCA was that giving up isn’t an option. There’s no reason to feel like you have to quit when you have the Almighty walking with you.
VCA Virtual gave us the structure of a real school with the closeness of home. Our daughter has two coaches who actually know her — not just her grades, but her.
We chose VCA because we wanted a school that takes the whole child seriously — mind, character, and faith. The pathway flexibility means our two boys each learn the way they need to.
